Astra B | Designer 3BR + Arcade & Heated Pool

I feel like for a group or even a couples trip or family stay, Cosmic Cactus stays are where it’s at. I’ve stayed at more beach-worn accommodation and these are pristine. It would be good for a brand trip too—they’re very aesthetic. Staying at Astra in Port Isabel was the perfect low-key retreat—the "Space-Western" design is so unique, especially that intergalactic game room and all the details, not overwhelmingly a theme but just details. The heated pools were the highlight and Tiffany had maintenance on site to get them to a perfect temperature. It felt like our own private resort tucked away from the main hustle. We also got to tour Venus right by the beach in SPI, and it’s just as stunning but with a gorgeous, futuristic, coastal feel. We loved that Venus was just off the beach and we rented a golf cart to see the area, both spots are incredibly well-designed without trying too hard. It’s the perfect mix of high-end design and total relaxation—I'm already ready to go back! Thank you again!

Our family of six stayed in Astra B following Christmas. It was great away from the crowds - traffic of S. Padre Island while central to everything we needed (HEB, Fish Market, Shops, Lighthouse, Josephina's). Super nice home and amenities - we enjoyed meals in the kitchen and shared common space. Well thought design and accommodations! We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pool table and arcades - fun! Thank you for providing a unique beach stay apart from the normal - it was greatly appreciated.
